When it comes to fish floss, many people connect that to street food from market. However, WEI-I manufactures fish floss through facilities which are approved by international certification, HACCP and EU, through modern facility. Products are approved by CAS, as well.

Founded in 1991, WEI-I was a traditional fish floss factory. To upgrade this industry, new facilities was established in Pingnan Industrial Park in 2006; besides, WEI-I got the certificate of EU in 2010, starting exporting to Europe.

Being approved by EU is not only for exporting to Europe but also a promise of quality to costumers. In order to ensure good quality, fishes for manufacturing floss are from assigned fishing area, meeting international food safety standard as well.

In December 2017, we have passed the BRC certification.

Moreover, facilities are under extremely restrictive hygiene control, from processing device to pipe. Air, humidity, and number of colonies all meet the standards required of EU.

Being stir-fried in traditional way, WEI-I fish floss has mouth-watering aroma. Without any artificial preservatives and additives, it is healthy and nutritious for every adult and children.
